Shipping Stuff

Q. How do you ship things?
A. We send things all over the world. Every order has special insurance.

Q. How much is shipping?
A. Shipping is free everywhere right now until Dec 1st.

Q. When will I get my stuff in the U.S. and Canada?
A. It might take 10-16 days because lots of people want our stuff.

Q. What about other countries?
A. It might take 12-18 days for other places in the world.

Q. Is my order safe when it ships?
A. Yes we offer buyer protection! If there's a problem with your order, email us at support@kbnet.shop

Q. How can I see where my order is?
A. Once we send your order, we'll give you a special tracking number.

Q. What if I want to change my order?
A. Tell us quickly if you want to change something. If we start your order, we can't make changes to it.

Q. Will you share my email or personal information with others?
A. No way! We keep your email and information safe and only use it to talk to you.

Paying for Stuff

Q. Is buying from you safe?
A. Totally safe! We don't see or keep your card details. We use safe ways like PayPal and Stripe to take your payment.

Q. How can I pay?
A. We take VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, JCP, Diners Club and PayPal.

 

Returning Stuff

Q. What about returns?
A. Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability as every return has a carbon footprint. To be eligible for a full refund, please send us a picture of the item to support@kbnet.shop. After that, you can either keep the item, or you might want to donate it.

Q. When will I get my money back?
A. Once your return has been processed and approved, it may take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method. If you have any concerns or questions about your refund, please contact our customer service team.
